Countries across the globe are restricting access due to coronavirus,  but the Buhari Administration is watching.
Others are closing schools and taking concrete steps to protect citizens,  but the Federal Government is offering excuses.

Perhaps,  they want to use the pandemic as an excuse for more loans.
This Administration lacks the capacity to respond proactively.
